Coaching Program Agreement

Defines the coaching program, start date, duration, included sessions, deliverables, community access, and any limits on availability of recordings or materials.

States the total program fee, payment schedule, installment obligations, taxes or processing fees, consequences of failed payments, and potential suspension of access.

Sets out the refund policy, cancellation rules, deadlines, conditions for any guarantee, and restrictions on unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes.

Requires participants to keep group discussions, member identities, shared business information, and personal disclosures confidential, subject to lawful exceptions.

Protects the coach's course content, worksheets, recordings, frameworks, templates, and other materials while granting the participant a limited personal-use license.

Establishes expectations for respectful participation, non-harassment, non-solicitation where applicable, platform rules, and removal rights for disruptive conduct.

Explains when either party may terminate, when the coach may remove a participant, whether fees remain owed, and what happens to program access after termination.

Clarifies that results are not guaranteed, limits liability to the extent permitted by law, and provides a process for resolving disputes under the selected governing law.
